Terms of Service
Last updated August 2025
These terms are an agreement between you and Warden AC ("we", "us") for the use of the Warden AC dashboard, website and plugin (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Warden AC is an independent management and moderation dashboard built on top of the open-source Grim anticheat. We are not affiliated with Grim or Mojang. The Service reads flags and telemetry from your Minecraft server(s) through our plugin and presents them in a dashboard where your staff can review and act on them.
Your account
You need an account to use the Service, and you must verify your email address. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account and your team members' accounts. Let us know promptly if you think your account has been compromised. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to run a paid network.
Plans and payment
New accounts start with a free trial for a limited number of days, with no card required. During the trial you get full access to the dashboard. When the trial ends you pick a plan to keep your access, and your data stays saved in the meantime so you can carry on where you left off. If a trial ends and no plan is chosen, we keep your account but remove the data collected during the trial (your servers, flags and moderation history) after about 30 days, and we email you before we do. Your account itself stays, so you can subscribe at any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your dashboard unlocks and your servers can connect once a plan is active. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the rest of the current period.
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it ends — you keep access until that date, and we don't refund partial months. Each plan allows a set number of connected servers; connecting more than your plan allows is not possible until you upgrade. If you move to a smaller plan and have more servers connected than the new plan allows, you'll be asked to remove servers to fit the new limit before you can continue using the dashboard. Prices may change, but we'll give reasonable notice before any change affects you.
If an automatic renewal payment fails, we keep your access during a short grace period while your card is retried and while we email you to update it. If payment still isn't completed after that, your subscription ends and access is suspended until you re-subscribe.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and only to moderate servers you're authorised to manage. Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service, and don't use it to harass others or to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or put it or others at risk.
Availability and "as is"
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Anticheat is probabilistic: flags are signals for your staff to review, not proof of cheating, and moderation decisions are always yours. We're not responsible for actions you or your staff take based on the information in the dashboard.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost players, revenue or data.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time; your access continues until the end of your current paid period. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if a subscription payment ultimately isn't completed. When your subscription ends, your servers can no longer connect and access to the dashboard is limited. You can also permanently delete your account from your account settings; owners must cancel their subscription first, and deleting an owner account also deletes the network and removes the team members' access. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service grows; we'll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Questions? Email support@wardenac.com.
